PHASE 1: INQUIRY
This phase begins with getting to know one another. The planter begins by submitting an application. Once the application is received, the District will follow up by scheduling an interview with the planter and their spouse. This interview will assess both the District and the planter, to determine if either side wants to proceed to Phase 2.
PHASE 2: ORIENTATION
This phase covers the District's perspectives on planting, expectations and an overview of the entire process. In this phase, the planter will be given some assignments to be working on immediately to help with the formation of the plant and core team. This phase concludes by making a covenant to enter the training process, and the commitment to complete it. This phase must be completed before moving into the training process.
PHASE 3: TRAINING
This phase covers vision development, strategies, administration and launch preparation.
PHASE 4: LAUNCH
This phase puts the "finishing touches" on the plant, and gets the planter ready to launch officially as a Foursquare Church.
Please note: The MidSouth District Office and/or the Planter has the right to stop the planting process at any time.
